The time it takes to process your scan is dependent on the amount of data uploaded. More photos or longer videos will result in longer processing times, which can range from a few minutes for quick scans to 20-30 minutes for intensive projects.

When you upload your scan, your project will be added to our waiting queue. The queue time will depend on how many users around the world are using KIRI at that same time. During certain hours, the queue times may receive heavier traffic and consequently longer queue times. KIRI Engine Pro users have access to priority queues, which largely shortens the wait time before the projects starts being processed.
